• Moving the District towards high levels of student
achievement and organizational excellence.
• Accountable for development and use of the district budget.
• Ensure district/state policy and laws are followed.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet school program needs that align
with comprehensive local education plan and meet
district/state/federal requirements.
• Communicate district initiatives.
• Report to Board of Education.

Biographical Information
I have had the great fortune to work in every level of our
educational institution. Having a degree in Liberal Studies I
returned to school and graduated from Northeastern State University
(Talequah, Oklahoma in 1994 with a major in Elementary Education, I
went back to school in 1995 to acquire a Master's degree in Reading
Specialist at Northeastern. After completing my Elementary
Education degree in 1994, I began my journey as an educator in the
Stroud School District at the Middle School located in Stroud, OK.
Since then, I have taught at the Universities of Oklahoma and
Southeastern Oklahoma State, and have been an administrator at
Macomb High School, Valliant Schools, and Buffalo Valley Schools. I
completed my doctorate at the University of Oklahoma - Norman
focusing on teacher concerns with implementing technology into the
classroom environment. I have lived in England, Panama and several
of the states. With my wife Lori, I celebrate God’s gift of 4
children; Autumn, Jory, Chelsea, and Benjamin and two
granddaughters Kyra and Lillian
